Additional Informations

All prices include taxes (15% base rate) per person, per night.
Tourist tax is 1% (excluding taxes) for adults, and 0.5% for children aged 6 to 12, except for main house privatization.
No children under 6 years old unless the entire site is privatized.
Pets are not allowed.
1 euro is equivalent to approximately 20 NAD (variable exchange rate).

General Conditions

ENENE ECO LODGE offers 3 rental options:

Dinner Bed and Breakfast (DBB)
All Inclusive SHORT (2-night minimum)
All Inclusive LONG (3 nights or more)

The all-inclusive package includes:
- Welcome to the lodge
- All meals & Breakfast
- In-room Wi-Fi
- Laundry
- Access to all activities (except golf simulator & massage, see rates)
- 1 Game drive per day (discovering the great outdoors)
- 1 Game drive per day (meeting the rhinos)
- 1 Sunset every 2 days (extending the Great Outdoors Game drive)
- All soft drinks, beers, cocktails, and wines (with a flat rate of 600 NAD per bottle and a maximum of 2 per day per adult)

Note: Hard liquor is not included.

The DBB package includes:
- Dinner, room, and breakfast
- 1 Game drive per Day (Rhinoceros Encounter)
- Access to all paid activities (see prices)

Safety rules

A form will be given to you upon arrival, which adult guests must sign.
ENENE ECO LODGE will not accept children under 6 years of age (except for full privatization of the site).
Minor children are under the sole responsibility of their adult companions, both for safety and for respecting the rules of quietness with respect to other guests. The Game Drives will be accessible to children aged 6 and over only in the presence of their adult companion(s).
The swimming pools are only permitted in the presence of adult companion(s) and under their sole responsibility.
The electric mountain bike activity is only available to children aged 13 and over, in the presence of their adult companion(s) and under their responsibility. Never drive in areas with loose sand to avoid falls. This activity may bring you into close contact with wild animals. Always stay behind the RANGER accompanying the group and follow their instructions. Avoid sudden movements and speaking too loudly.
The Game Drive activity poses the same risks with wild animals. Avoid sudden movements and speaking too loudly, and never get out of the vehicle without the driver’s permission.
The Golf activity is prohibited for children under 15 years old. Each user will be held responsible for any damage they cause to this facility. Any spectators must stay out of range of the player in action.
The UNISTELLAR telescope is for adults only. Any damage caused to this device will be the responsibility of the responsible user.
The sun and mosquitoes are dangerous for everyone. You must remember to protect yourself and your children.
Tap water is safe to drink. However, it is not recommended to drink it. Bottled water is available in your room to use for brushing your teeth.

Booking conditions & Payments

Reservation of a room or privatization of all or part of the site is only guaranteed after payment of 100% of the price shown on our price list, depending on the package chosen.

Tourist taxes and extras only will be payable on the day of departure.

Any cancellation made after booking will incur cancellation fees as follows:
